How to find usSt. John's is located at the intersection of Ponce de Leon Avenue and Oakdale Road in the heart of the Druid Hills community of Atlanta, near Emory University.

NurseryWe welcome children to join us in the sanctuary!
St. John's provides care for children under 5 in the nursery, located on the second floor of the Stonehenge mansion. Two St. John's members staff the nursery each Sunday during worship. Many children come to the service until after the Children's Sermon and then go to the nursery, but you are welcome to bring your child to the nursery at any time. AccessibilityA wheelchair is available for anyone who would benefit from it. It is stored in the Oakdale narthex, just under the coat rack. Lifts and ramps are also available to help move around the building. Feel free to ask one of the ushers for assistance, we would be glad to help!
JoiningWe would be delighted for you to join our community of faith. For more information about membership, speak with the Pastor or call the church office at 404.376.4243.
Reconciling in ChristSt. John's is a Reconciling in Christ congregation that welcomes all who are seeking God’s love and grace. We welcome all because God welcomes all, regardless of race or culture, sexual orientation, gender identity, or relationship status. We welcome all without regard to addictions, physical or mental health, imprisonment, socio-economic circumstances, or anything that too often divides us. Our unity is in Christ.
A marked all-gender restroom is available in the mansion by the fellowship hall. |
What to expect at worship
Please noteOur place of worship is a sacred space where we listen intently to God’s call for us to be peacemakers in the world. Therefore, weapons of any kind are not permitted on St. John's property.
